Returns & Exchanges

At PETBABAS, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns in the form of store credit (credit note) or product exchange only. We do not provide monetary refunds.

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.


1. No Refund Policy

PETBABAS does not offer refunds in cash, bank transfer, card reversal, or original payment method.

If your return request is approved, you will receive:

  • Store Credit (Credit Note) OR

  • Product Exchange


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales

  • Used or damaged products

  • Pet hygiene-related products (for safety reasons)


4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.

  • If the new item costs more, you must pay the price difference.

  • If the new item costs less, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.


5. Store Credit (Credit Note)

  • Store credit will be issued after the returned product passes inspection.

  • Credit notes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Credit notes can only be used on PETBABAS and are non-transferable.

  • Store credit cannot be converted into cash.


6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos and order details.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.


7. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the error is from our side.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


8. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.


9. Policy Updates

PETBABAS reserves the right to modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. Changes will be updated on this page.
