How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email or SMS. You can follow your package's journey through this number.
Can I add, remove or change items from an existing order?
We get it—sometimes you realize you need that extra toy for your fur baby! Orders can be changed within 24 hours of placing them. Just contact our paw-some support team, and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I cancel my order if it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we currently can’t cancel orders once they’re placed. But if there’s an issue with your delivery or the product arrives damaged, our team will fetch a solution faster than your pup can fetch a stick!
Can I change my shipping address once the order has been placed?
Yes, you can! If your pet’s gifts need to head to a new address, contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to reroute their special delivery before it’s dispatched.
